The invention provides a binding method for a complete machine marine transportation structure of a portal crane, the portal crane comprises a cylinder and a turntable, and the position of the portal crane is adjusted until the cylinder is perpendicular to a deck; two sets of binding points are determined on the cylinder, each set of binding points is provided with four first prefabricated points, and the four first prefabricated points are evenly distributed around the cylinder; two sets of butt joint points are determined on the deck, each set of butt joint points is provided with four second prefabricated points, and the four second prefabricated points are evenly distributed on the deck with the cylinder as the center; based on the height of the binding point relative to the deck and the distance between the butt joint point and the axis where the cylinder is located, the distance between each first prefabricated point and the corresponding second prefabricated point is determined; and the length of the inhaul cable assembly is determined based on the distance, and the first prefabricated point and the second prefabricated point are connected through the inhaul cable assembly. The binding points and the butt joint points are connected through the inhaul cable assemblies, binding and fixing of the portal crane are achieved, the transportation steps are simplified, and the transportation safety of the portal crane is improved.

    本发明提供一种门机整机海运结构的绑扎方法,门机包括圆筒体和转盘,调整门机的位置,直至圆筒体与甲板垂直;在圆筒体上确定两组绑扎点,每组绑扎点设有四个第一预制点,四个第一预制点围绕圆筒体的四周均匀分布;在甲板上确定两组对接点,每组对接点设有四个第二预制点,四个第二预制点以圆筒体为中心,均匀分布在甲板上;基于绑扎点相对于甲板的高度,以及对接点与圆筒体所在轴线的距离,确定每一第一预制点与对应的第二预制点之间的间距;基于间距确定拉索组件的长度,通过拉索组件连接第一预制点和第二预制点。本发明通过拉索组件连接绑扎点和对接点,实现对门机的绑扎和固定,简化了运输步骤,提高了门机运输的安全性。
