The invention discloses a method for installing a deepwater anchor leg with a reclaimed water buoy and a polyester cable. The method comprises the following steps that a construction assembly is loaded into a ship, and the construction ship is moved to a construction area; the construction ship lowers the submarine anchor chain into water until the tail end of the submarine anchor chain reaches the deck of the construction ship; connecting one end of a lower polyester cable to the tail end of the submarine anchor chain, and lowering the lower polyester cable; after the lower polyester cable is laid, connection between the upper polyester cable and the reclaimed water buoy is completed on the deck, the reclaimed water buoy is connected with a balance weight part, and the reclaimed water buoy is lowered to the sea surface; the construction ship continues to lay the upper polyester cable, and the upper polyester cable is laid; and after the platform anchor chain is bent and laid through the working chain, the platform anchor chain is stored in a wet mode, and installation of the deepwater anchor leg is completed. A set of large reclaimed water buoys are arranged in the middle of the anchor leg to support the polyester cable suspension line, and friction between the polyester cable and a seabed is reduced during service of the anchor leg.

    本发明公开了一种带有中水浮筒及聚酯缆的深水锚腿安装方法,包括以下步骤:将施工组件装船,施工船舶移船至施工区域;施工船舶将海底锚链下放入水,直至海底锚链末端抵达施工船舶甲板;将下聚酯缆一端连接至海底锚链末端,下放下聚酯缆;当下聚酯缆铺设完毕后,在甲板完成下上聚酯缆与中水浮筒的连接,中水浮筒连接有配重件,将中水浮筒下放至海面上;施工船舶继续铺设上聚酯缆,上聚酯缆完成铺设后;通过工作链将平台锚链进行甩弯铺设后,湿存平台锚链,完成深水锚腿的安装。本发明通过锚腿中部布置一套大型中水浮筒,将聚酯缆悬列线托起,保证锚腿服役期间,减少聚酯缆与海床发生摩擦。
