The invention discloses a mode switching method and a mode switching system for hybrid power operation mechanical equipment. The method comprises the steps that under the condition that the mode of the hybrid power operation mechanical equipment is an electric drive mode, a load parameter actual value of an electric drive controller is obtained; whether the actual load parameter value of the electric drive controller is larger than the preset load parameter value of the electric drive controller or not is judged; when it is judged that the actual value of the load parameter of the electric drive controller is larger than the preset value of the load parameter of the electric drive controller, the overload duration of the electric drive controller and the motor under the current power is determined; determining a target instruction according to the overload duration; and under the condition that the target instruction is a working mode switching instruction, the mode is switched to a fuel oil mode. According to the method, whether the fuel oil driving mode needs to be replaced or electric driving short-time overload continues to be used for completing the boarding action or not can be judged according to the load parameters of the electric driving controller, the potential of electric driving operation is fully excavated, and meanwhile the time for switching an operation power system is saved.

    本申请公开了一种混合动力作业机械设备的模式切换方法及模式切换系统。该方法包括:在混合动力作业机械设备的模式为电驱模式的情况下,获取电驱控制器的负载参数实际值;判断电驱控制器的负载参数实际值是否大于电驱控制器的负载参数预设值;在判定电驱控制器的负载参数实际值大于电驱控制器的负载参数预设值的情况下,确定电驱控制器和电机在当前功率下的可过载时长;根据可过载时长确定目标指令;在目标指令为切换工作模式指令的情况下,将模式切换至燃油模式。本申请能根据电驱控制器的负载参数判断是否需要更换燃油驱动模式或是继续使用电驱动短时过载完成上车动作,充分挖掘了电驱作业的潜力,同时节省了切换作业动力系统的时间。
