The invention belongs to the technical field of new energy automobile control, and discloses a working mode switching method and system for an electric drive system, and the method comprises the steps: switching a current working mode to a target working mode according to a target working mode requested by a vehicle control unit and obtained operation data; in the working mode switching process, a main relay control signal of the vehicle control unit to the high-voltage direct-current loop is added, it is guaranteed that the motor controller can pre-judge the fault state in advance, and protection, safety and reliability of the motor controller can be achieved; by analyzing the working mode of the electric drive system and additionally judging the on-off state of the main relay of the high-voltage direct-current loop in the working mode switching process, the problems of hardware over-current and over-voltage in actual operation are solved, and the problem that a motor controller cannot actively judge the problem is solved; and the problems that troubleshooting cannot be carried out and the electric drive system cannot be protected in advance after a fault occurs are solved.

    本发明属于新能源汽车控制技术领域,公开一种电驱系统的工作模式切换方法和系统,其中方法包括根据整车控制器请求的目标工作模式和获取的运行数据,将当前工作模式切换至目标工作模式;本发明在工作模式切换过程中增加整车控制器对高压直流回路的主继电器控制信号,保证电机控制器可提前预判故障状态,可实现对电机控制器的保护及安全可靠;本发明通过分析电驱系统工作模式,在工作模式切换过程中增加对高压直流回路主继电器开闭状态的判断,避免实际运行中出现硬件过流及过压问题,电机控制器无法主动判断问题,以及导致故障发生后无法排查及提前保护电驱系统的问题。
