The invention discloses a hybrid vehicle driving transmission system, and belongs to the technical field of hybrid vehicles. A crankshaft of an engine is connected with a first planet carrier through an input shaft, the first planet carrier is connected with an outer hub of a second clutch, inner hubs of the first clutch and the second clutch are connected with a second sun gear, and the second sun gear is connected with a rotor shaft of a first motor. A rotor shaft of a second motor is connected with a first gear ring, a first sun gear is connected with a second gear ring and an outer hub of a first clutch, the first sun gear is connected with an inner hub of a brake, a second planet carrier is connected with a driving gear, and the driving gear is meshed with a transmission gear on an output shaft. The sun gear I is meshed with the planet gear I, the planet gear I is connected with the planet carrier I, the planet gear I is meshed with the gear ring I, the sun gear II is meshed with the planet gear II, the planet gear II is connected with the planet carrier II, and the planet gear II is meshed with the gear ring II; and the output shaft is connected with a rear end reducing mechanism or a vehicle rear axle transmission mechanism. The transmission system has multiple working modes, and has the characteristics of light weight, compact structure and low cost.
