The invention discloses a sun visor adjusting method, device and equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: determining a bounding box and key points in an initial frame, and carrying out the matching of the key points in the initial frame and the current frame, and obtaining a feature corresponding relation; and determining proportion information, a rotation angle and an object center between the key points in the feature corresponding relation, adjusting the bounding box, and performing real-time opacity adjustment on the sun shield according to the feature corresponding relation and the bounding box. According to the invention, the feature correspondence between the key points in the initial frame and the current frame is established to track the eyeball movement and position of the user in the subsequent frame; determining a transformation parameter between the key points, and adjusting the bounding box so as to adapt to the change of the size and direction of the object, and enabling the shadow coverage range of the sun shield to adapt to the watching of a user; and according to the feature corresponding relation and the bounding box, real-time opacity adjustment is performed on the sun shield, so that the sun shield can keep the optimal sun-shading coverage range and visibility.
