The invention provides a wheel tread cleaning device which comprises a wheel and a support hinged to a framework, annular grooves are formed in the two side faces of the wheel in the circumferential direction, the support comprises arms surrounding the two sides of the wheel, and rolling wheels used for being in rolling fit with the grooves are arranged on the arms; the support further comprises a first driving mechanism and a grinder, the first driving mechanism is arranged on the support and used for driving the grinder to be away from or close to the tread of the wheel, and the working face of the grinder is matched with the tread of the wheel. The support is positioned on the wheel, interference between the grinding device and the wheel is eliminated, and the good effects of eliminating polygon of the wheel and repairing the tread of the wheel are achieved.

    本发明提供了一种车轮踏面清扫装置,该踏面清扫装置包括车轮和铰接在构架上的支架,所述车轮的两侧面沿周向均设有圆环形的凹槽,所述支架包括环抱在车轮两侧的臂,所述臂上设有用于与所述凹槽滚动配合的滚轮;所述支架还包括第一驱动机构和研磨子,所述第一驱动机构设置在所述支架上且用于驱动所述研磨子远离或者靠近所述车轮的踏面,所述研磨子的工作面与所述车轮的踏面相匹配。本发明通过将支架定位在车轮上,消除了研磨子与车轮之间的干涉,对消除车轮多边形,修复车轮踏面有良好的效果。
