The invention provides a low-temperature starting method for a vehicle-mounted charger, a charging system, electronic equipment, a readable storage medium and a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: controlling the vehicle-mounted charger to start at preset output power under a low-temperature working condition; acquiring a PFC bus capacitor voltage ripple actually measured peak-to-peak value; judging whether the actually measured peak-to-peak value of the PFC bus capacitor voltage ripple reaches a preset peak-to-peak value of the PFC bus capacitor voltage ripple; and if not, the vehicle-mounted charger is controlled to gradually increase the output power until the output power of the vehicle-mounted charger reaches the rated output power, so that low-temperature starting of the vehicle-mounted charger is completed. According to the invention, the voltage ripple of the PFC bus capacitor can be ensured to be at an allowable maximum value under a low-temperature working condition, so that the PFC bus capacitor is heated more quickly, the equivalent series impedance of the PFC bus capacitor is reduced more quickly, and the vehicle-mounted charger can realize full-load output more quickly.
