The invention discloses a tire bead manufactured based on a reinforced glass fiber composite material, the tire bead comprises a glass fiber bundle, a reinforcing layer, a curing layer and a gum dipping layer, the glass fiber bundle is formed by twisting glass fibers, and the section shape of the glass fiber bundle comprises but is not limited to a rectangle, a square, a circle, a U shape and a hexagon; the reinforcing layer is a carbon nanotube coating layer, and the specific preparation method comprises the following steps: adding carbon nanotubes into a curing agent solution, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, adding epoxy resin, mixing, carrying out secondary ultrasonic treatment to obtain a mixed solution, coating a glass fiber bundle with the mixed solution, and drying to form the reinforcing layer on the glass fiber bundle. The specific gravity of the designed composite material is about 1.7 and is 1/6.6 that of a copper-plated steel wire, the cost is saved by 40-55% compared with that of a copper-plated steel wire ring, the weight of a tire finished product is reduced by 3-6%, and the tire bead prepared by replacing the copper-plated steel wire with the glass fiber bundle has the advantages of low cost and light weight.

    本发明公开了基于增强玻璃纤维复合材料制造的轮胎胎圈,包括玻璃纤维束、增强层、固化层和浸胶层,所述玻璃纤维束为玻璃纤维加捻制成,其截面形状包括但不限于长方形、正方形、圆形、U形和六角形;所述增强层为碳纳米管涂布层,具体制备方法为:将碳纳米管加入固化剂溶液中,经超声处理后,加入环氧树脂进行混合,然后进行第二次超声处理,得到混合溶液,再将混合溶液涂布于玻璃纤维束上,干燥后即可在玻璃纤维束上形成增强层;本发明所设计的复合材料比重在1.7左右,是镀铜钢丝的1/4.6,比镀铜钢丝圈节省成本40‑55%,轮胎成品重量减轻3‑6%,通过利用玻璃纤维束代替镀铜钢丝制备出的轮胎胎圈,具有成本低、重量轻的优点。
