The rubber material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of natural rubber, 55 to 65 parts of carbon black, 3 to 5 parts of zinc oxide, 1.0 to 2.0 parts of stearic acid, 10 to 20 parts of POE (Polyolefin Elastomer), 2 to 4 parts of anti-aging agent, 2 to 2.5 parts of sulfur, 2 to 2.8 parts of accelerant and 20 to 25 parts of other auxiliaries, wherein the mass fraction of an octylene unit in the POE is 20 to 30 percent. The sizing material provided by the invention has the advantages of low sizing material heat generation, good fatigue resistance and the like, surface precipitates are reduced, and the surface viscosity is improved, so that the damage of early delamination of the nylon seam allowance is effectively reduced.

    本发明属于全钢子午线轮胎技术领域,涉及全钢子午线轮胎尼龙子口加强层,具体涉及用于全钢子午线轮胎尼龙子口加强层的胶料及其制备方法。其原料按照重量份数计包括:天然橡胶100重量份,炭黑55~65重量份,氧化锌3~5重量份,硬脂酸1.0~2.0重量份,POE 10~20重量份,防老剂2~4重量份,硫磺2~2.5重量份,促进剂2~2.8重量份,其它助剂:20~25重量份;其中,所述POE中的辛烯单元的质量分数为20~30%。本发明提供的胶料具有胶料生热低、抗疲劳性好等优点,同时其表面析出物降低,表面粘性得到提高,从而有效降低尼龙子口早期脱层的破坏。
