The heavy-load lifting hydraulic system comprises a hydraulic control unit oil tank unit, a control unit and a lifting oil cylinder assembly, the hydraulic control unit oil tank unit comprises an oil tank and a high-pressure pump set arranged in the oil tank, and the high-pressure pump set comprises a three-phase asynchronous motor and a high-pressure proportional variable pump. The control unit comprises an oil supply branch and an oil return branch, the oil supply branch is connected with the high-pressure pump set, the oil return branch is used for regulating and controlling working state selection and safe pressure, an oil inlet high-pressure filter is installed on the oil supply branch, and a first electromagnetic unloading valve is installed on the oil return branch; an outlet of the first electromagnetic unloading valve is connected with an oil return filter through an oil way, and the oil return filter is connected with an oil tank. By the adoption of the hydraulic system, in the lifting process of the platform, it is effectively guaranteed that different lifting oil cylinders can independently or synchronously conduct stable control over the speed and position states from different starting points, and when a certain lifting oil cylinder receives accidental resistance, the certain lifting oil cylinder can automatically stop and recover. The set of system has standard modular arrangement and integrated installation, multiple sets of systems can be arranged in parallel according to different shapes and weights, unified control is achieved, and safety is high.

    本发明公开了一种重载升降液压系统,包括液压控制单元油箱单元、控制单元、升降油缸总成,液压控制单元油箱单元包括油箱,设置在油箱内的高压泵组,所述高压泵组包括三相异步电机和高压比例变量泵,控制单元包括与高压泵组连接供油支路和用于调控工作状态选择和安全压力的回油支路,所述供油支路上安装有进油高压过滤器,所述回油支路安装有第一电磁卸荷阀;所述第一电磁卸荷阀的出口通过油路连接回油过滤器,回油过滤器连接油箱;采用上述液压系统在平台升降过程中有效保证不同升降油缸可以单独也可以从不同起始点开始同步进行速度、位置状态的平稳控制,当某一个升降油缸收到意外阻力时还可以自动停止并回收。该套系统具有标准模块化布置、集成化安装、可以根据不同形状和重量设置多套系统并行,统一控制、安全性高。
