The invention provides a marine elevator system which comprises a planetary gear train, a hand wheel mechanism, a winch and a motor, the planetary gear train comprises an input gear shaft, a sun wheel shaft, a planet wheel, a planet carrier, an output driving gear, an output driven gear and an output shaft, the input gear shaft is connected with the sun wheel shaft, and the output driving gear is connected with the planet carrier; the motor is connected with the input gear shaft, the winch is connected with the output shaft, an inner gear ring is arranged outside the planet wheel, and the hand wheel mechanism is connected with the inner gear ring. Due to the fact that the speed reducer is provided with a double-input and double-output structure, if cargoes are heavy, the winches can be installed at the two ends of the output shaft, meanwhile, the motors can be installed at the two ends of the input shaft, and the cargoes are lifted through input of the two motors and output of the two ends of the output shaft. The planetary gear train is connected with the hand wheel mechanism, when the motor breaks down, the hand wheel mechanism can be adopted to drive the planetary gear train to rotate, and then torque is transmitted to the winch.

    本发明提供了一种船用提升机系统,包括行星轮系、手轮机构、卷扬机和电机,行星轮系包括输入齿轮轴、太阳轮轴、行星轮、行星架、输出主动齿轮、输出从动齿轮和输出轴,输入齿轮轴与太阳轮轴连接,输出主动齿轮与行星架连接,电机与输入齿轮轴连接,卷扬机与输出轴连接,行星轮外设有内齿圈,手轮机构与内齿圈连接。由于减速机设置了双输入和双输出的结构,如果货物比较重可以在输出轴的两端均安装卷扬机,同时也可以在输入轴的两端都安装电机,通过两个电机输入,输出轴的两端输出进行提升货物。在行星齿轮系上连接有手轮机构,当电机发生故障后,可以采用手轮机构带动行星轮系转动,进而将力矩传递到卷扬机。
