The invention relates to the technical field of precast concrete installation, in particular to precast concrete automatic alignment installation equipment which comprises a top plate, a hoisting mechanism is installed on the top plate, a buffering mechanism is installed in the middle of the top plate, and an alignment mechanism is installed between the hoisting mechanism and the buffering mechanism. The prefabricated concrete floor slab is hoisted through the hoisting mechanism in a rigid multi-point suspension mode, the stability during moving is guaranteed, meanwhile, the connecting speed of a lifting hook and a lifting ring is increased, and the working efficiency of overall alignment installation is improved; buffering protection is implemented through the buffering mechanism when the prefabricated concrete floor slab falls down, and the prefabricated concrete floor slab is prevented from being damaged due to collision with the wall body; the alignment mechanism is matched with the installed prefabricated concrete floor slab or wall body, alignment adjustment is conducted on the prefabricated concrete floor slab to be installed, the manual participation degree is reduced while the installation precision is guaranteed, and therefore operation errors are reduced, and the manual labor intensity is reduced.
