The invention discloses flight equipment and an air flow field turbulence system and method of a wind generating set. The flight equipment comprises a spraying system, and attachable objects are loaded on the spraying system. The flight device is configured to fly to a first target location. The distance between the first target position and the position of a first target object of the wind generating set meets the target distance. And when the flight equipment is located at the first target position, the spraying system is controlled to apply attachable objects to the first target object. The attachable object is attached to a first target object and can disturb an air flow field in a first range around the first target object. And furthermore, the vortex-induced vibration risk of the first target object can be reduced. Therefore, when the first target object is the blade, the vortex-induced vibration risk of the blade can be reduced.
