The invention discloses a high-altitude integrated foldable propeller motor, and relates to the field of motor propeller propulsion systems for high-altitude aircrafts, and the high-altitude integrated foldable propeller motor comprises a motor body, the periphery of which is provided with a plurality of propellers; the folding mechanism comprises a fixedly-arranged limiting spring and a rotationally-arranged screw shaft, and the limiting spring is arranged on the screw shaft in a sleeving mode; when the motor body does not output load torque and push-pull force, the screw shaft drives the propeller to be folded towards the central axis direction of the motor body, and the limiting spring limits the folding angle of the propeller; when the motor body outputs load torque and push-pull force, centrifugal force is larger than rotating force of the screw shaft, and the propeller is in a rotating unfolding state. According to the propeller motor, the propeller can be folded front and back, a certain contraction space is met, the rotor shell and the stator shaft are both designed to be of a hollow structure, the heat dissipation requirement of the motor body with the large power-to-weight ratio is met, the end of the stator shaft is arranged to be in a flange plate form, and the universal use requirement is met.

    本发明公开了一种高空用一体化可折叠螺旋桨电机,涉及高空飞行器用电机螺旋桨推进系统领域,包括:电机本体,外周设置有多个螺旋桨;折叠机构,折叠机构包括固定设置的限位弹簧和转动设置的螺钉轴,限位弹簧套设在螺钉轴上;当电机本体不输出负载转矩和推‑拉力时,螺钉轴带动螺旋桨向电机本体的中轴线方向收拢,限位弹簧限制螺旋桨的收拢角度;当电机本体输出负载转矩和推‑拉力时,离心力大于螺钉轴的转动力,螺旋桨变为旋转展开状态;该螺旋桨电机可以将螺旋桨实现前后折叠,满足一定的收缩空间,转子外壳和定子轴均采用中空结构设计,满足大功重比电机本体散热需求,并将定子轴的端部设置成法兰盘形式,符合通用化使用要求。
