The invention relates to a scaffold erecting method for a bulk cargo ship side tank. The scaffold erecting method comprises the following steps that S1, a top side tank is divided into a plurality of top side tank branch sections; s2, a scaffold eye plate is installed on an inclined plate of the branch section of the top side cabin in advance; s3, one end of a hanging rod is fixed to the scaffold eye plate through a bolt; s4, the adjacent hanging rods are connected through a plurality of scaffold steel pipes; s5, turning over the branch section of the top side cabin by 90 degrees along the edge line of one end of the bottom; s6, the multiple top side cabin branch sections are assembled into the whole top side cabin; and S7, scaffold boards are laid between the adjacent top side cabin branch sections. Therefore, the safety and the sense of security are high.

    本发明涉及一种散货船边舱脚手架搭设方法,包括如下步骤:S1、将顶边舱划分为若干顶边舱分支段;S2、将脚手眼板提前安装在顶边舱分支段的斜板上;S3、将挂杆的一端用螺栓固定在脚手眼板上;S4、相邻的挂杆之间用若干脚手钢管连接;S5、将顶边舱分支段沿着底部一端边缘线翻转90°;S6、将若干顶边舱分支段拼装为整体的顶边舱;S7、在相邻的顶边舱分支段之间铺设脚手板。本发明所述的散货船边舱脚手架搭设方法,采用分段先搭建框架再翻转90°搭载后搭设跳板用,方便后续实现高空作业地空化,缩短搭载后等待脚手搭设的时间,提高搭载效率,缩短船台周期,且该形式的脚手形式所有位置都是刚性固定,因此安全性和安全感较高。
