The invention provides a charging control system with timeout processing and a method thereof, which comprises the following steps of: replacing information which is not completely exchanged with temporary data and transmitting the temporary data to a battery management system when the processing time of information exchange between the battery management system and charging equipment exceeds a preset value through the temporary data which is pre-stored; therefore, the communication connection between the battery management system and the charging equipment is kept, and a charging preparation program is entered. Therefore, even if the handshake period of the battery management system and the charging equipment is overtime, the communication connection between the battery management system and the charging equipment is still maintained through a temporary data mechanism, so that the problem of connection interruption caused by the overtime handshake in the prior art can be solved.
本发明提出一种具超时处理的充电控制系统及其方法,包括通过预存的暂代数据,于电池管理系统与充电设备之间信息交换的处理时间超过一预定值时,以该暂代数据来替代未完成交换的信息并传送至该电池管理系统,由此使该电池管理系统与该充电设备之间保持通讯连接且进入充电准备程序。据此,即便该电池管理系统与该充电设备的交握期间超时,本发明通过暂代数据的机制,使双方仍维持通讯连接,故能解决现有技术中交握超时而导致连接中断的问题。
