The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the temperature of a switch tube corresponding to the motor controller and the temperature of a cooling medium; when at least one of the temperature of the switch tube and the temperature of the cooling medium is larger than a corresponding temperature threshold value, the flow of the cooling medium is regulated and controlled; and if the temperature of the switch tube after regulation and control continues to rise, torque control is carried out on the motor controller according to the three-phase current heat accumulation value of the IGBT. According to the invention, when at least one of the temperature of the switch tube and the temperature of the cooling medium is greater than the corresponding temperature threshold, the flow of the cooling medium can be regulated and controlled, and if the temperature of the switch tube continues to rise after regulation and control, the problem of thermal failure cannot be avoided by only relying on the cooling medium; and at the moment, torque control is carried out through the three-phase current thermal accumulation value, and thermal degradation is carried out on the torque, so that thermal failure of the motor controller is avoided.

    本发明提供了一种电机控制器热管理方法、车辆及存储介质,涉及车辆技术领域。本发明所述方法包括:获取电机控制器对应的开关管的温度和冷却媒介的温度;当所述开关管的温度和所述冷却媒介的温度中的至少一者大于对应的温度阈值时,对冷却媒介的流量进行调控;若调控后所述开关管的温度继续上升,则根据IGBT的三相电流热累计值对所述电机控制器进行扭矩控制。本发明可以在开关管的温度和冷却媒介的温度中的至少一者大于对应的温度阈值时,对冷却媒介的流量进行调控,如果在调控后开关管的温度继续上升,则说明单纯依靠冷却媒介无法避免热失效问题,此时再通过三相电流热累计值进行扭矩控制,对扭矩进行热降级,从而避免电机控制器热失效。
