The invention discloses a rapidly-replaced driving wheel which comprises a wheel body, a first positioning flange, hub flange assemblies and self-locking assemblies, the hub flange assemblies are connected with the two sides of a hub of the wheel body, one ends of the multiple self-locking assemblies are connected with the hub flange assemblies, and the other ends of the self-locking assemblies penetrate through the hub of the wheel body and then are connected with the first positioning flange; the first positioning flange comprises a plurality of positioning taper holes, the self-locking mechanism comprises a guide shaft and a positioning ball, a conical groove is formed in the end of the guide shaft, and the positioning ball is located in the conical groove; when the self-locking assembly is connected with the first positioning flange, the positioning ball is ejected out of the inclined face of the conical groove and then clamped to the positioning taper hole to achieve positioning, when the driving wheel needs to be replaced, the guide shaft is pushed to move axially, and the positioning ball falls back to the bottom of the conical groove to relieve abutting connection with the positioning taper hole. The driving wheel and the robot trolley using the driving wheel have the beneficial effects that the purpose of rapidly replacing the tires of the trolley is achieved, and the replacement time of the driving wheel module is greatly saved.

    本发明公开一种快速更换的驱动轮,包括轮体、第一定位法兰、轮毂法兰组件、自锁组件,轮毂法兰组件连接轮体的轮毂处的两侧,多个自锁组件的一端与轮毂法兰组件连接,自锁组件的另一端穿过轮体的轮毂后与第一定位法兰连接;第一定位法兰包括多个定位锥孔,自锁机构包括导向轴、定位珠,导向轴的端部设有锥形槽,定位珠位于锥形槽中;当自锁组件与第一定位法兰连接时,定位珠由锥形槽的斜面顶出后卡接在定位锥孔处实现定位,当需要更换驱动轮时,推动导向轴轴向移动,定位珠回落至锥形槽底部解除与定位锥孔的抵接。本发明还公开使用该驱动轮的机器人小车,本发明的有益效果:实现快速更换小车轮胎的目的,大幅度节省驱动轮模块更换时间。
