The invention relates to an aircraft cargo hold door actuation active force protection system, and belongs to the field of mechanical transmission. The current detection circuit collects two-phase current ia and ib of the motor in real time and sends the two-phase current ia and ib to the A/D conversion circuit; the A/D conversion circuit is used for converting the two-phase current ia and ib into digital quantity and sending the digital quantity to the controller; the rotor position detection and processing circuit is used for measuring a rotor mechanical angle theta of the motor in real time and sending the rotor mechanical angle theta to the controller; the controller is used for converting the three-phase currents ia, ib and ic of the motor into currents ialpha and ibeta under a two-phase rotor coordinate system; converting the ialpha, the ibeta and the theta into current id and iq under a d-q rotating coordinate system; calculating the output force F of the actuator; obtaining opening and closing positions of the cabin door according to the number n of rotation turns of the motor; judging whether main power protection is performed or not according to the opening and closing position of the cabin door and the output force F; the condition that the actuator works beyond a normal range in the door opening/closing operation process can be prevented; meanwhile, after the door is closed in place, a cabin door sealing strip and a cabin door keel can be prevented from being excessively compressed.

    本发明涉及一种飞机货舱门作动主动力保护系统,属于机械传动领域;电流检测电路:实时采集电机的两相电流ia和ib,并发送至A/D转换电路;A/D转换电路:将两相电流ia和ib转换为数字量,并发送至控制器;转子位置检测及处理电路:实时测量电机的转子机械角θ,并发送至控制器;控制器:将电机三相电流ia、ib和ic转换成两相转子坐标系下的电流iα和iβ;将iα、iβ、θ变换为d‑q旋转坐标系下的电流id、iq;计算作动器的输出力F;根据电机的旋转圈数n获得舱门的开合位置;根据舱门的开合位置和输出力F判断是否进行主动力保护;本发明可防止作动器在开/关门运行过程中出现超正常范围工作的情况;同时在关闭到位后,也可防止过度压缩舱门密封条和舱门龙骨。
