The invention discloses a vehicle speed control method, system and device based on V2X and a feedforward neural network, relates to the field of neural networks, and is used for solving the problem that the traffic flow prediction accuracy and the prediction result cannot be timely transmitted to clients at the same time in the prior art. Comprising the following steps: acquiring flow data and meteorological element data of a target area, and performing feature extraction on the acquired data to obtain flow features and meteorological element features; inputting the traffic flow characteristics and the meteorological element characteristics into a trained traffic flow prediction model to obtain a target traffic flow; calculating the theoretical speed of the target vehicle according to the target traffic flow and determining the distance between the target vehicle and the toll station; based on the theoretical speed and the distance of the target vehicle, determining a suggested speed of the target vehicle driving into the toll station; and sending the suggested speed to the target vehicle equipped with the V2X equipment in a prompt information manner. Meanwhile, the traffic flow prediction accuracy can be ensured and the prediction result can be timely transmitted to clients.

    本发明公开基于V2X与前馈神经网络的车速控制方法、系统及装置,涉及神经网络领域,用于解决现有技术中无法同时保证车流量预测准确率以及将预测结果及时通达客户的问题。包括获取目标区域的流量数据以及气象要素数据,对获取的数据进行特征提取,得到流量特征以及气象要素特征;将流量特征以及气象要素特征输入训练完成的车流量预测模型中,得到目标车流量;根据目标车流量计算得到目标车辆的理论速度并确定目标车辆与收费站之间的距离;基于目标车辆的理论速度以及距离,确定目标车辆驶入收费站的建议速度;将建议速度以提示信息的方式发送至装备有V2X设备的目标车辆。能够同时保证车流量预测准确率以及将预测结果及时通达客户。
