The invention discloses a traffic flow prediction method and system, computer equipment and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of traffic flow prediction, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a 0-1 map, a distance map and a DTW-based time similarity map of a road network through traffic flow data, and fusing the three maps to obtain a multi-scale adjacent array, processing the multi-scale adjacent array by using a GCN-based spatial processing module to obtain spatial information features of nodes in the road network, inputting the spatial information features into a 1D-CNN-based time processing module to obtain a time sequence prediction result of the nodes in the road network, forming ST-BLOCK by the spatial processing module and the time processing module, and obtaining a time sequence prediction result of the nodes in the road network; and a final prediction result is obtained by stacking the time sequence prediction results of the plurality of ST-BLOCKs. The method is seamlessly integrated into various smart city systems, the number of parameters is reduced, the traffic flow prediction speed is increased, the short-time traffic flow prediction result can be accurately obtained, and the method is suitable for various traffic flow prediction tasks.

    本发明公开了一种交通流预测方法、系统、计算机设备与存储介质,涉及交通流预测技术领域,包括步骤:使用交通流数据构建路网的0‑1图、距离图和基于DTW的时间相似度图,并将三者融合获得多尺度邻接阵,使用基于GCN的空间处理模块处理多尺度邻接阵,获得路网中节点的空间信息特征,将空间信息特征输入基于1D‑CNN的时间处理模块中,获得路网中节点的时序预测结果,空间处理模块与时间处理模块组成ST‑BLOCK,通过堆叠多个ST‑BLOCK的时序预测结果得到最终预测结果。本发明无缝地集成到各种智慧城市系统中,减少参数的数量,提高了交通流预测的速度,能够准确的得到短时交通流预测结果,适合于各类交通流预测任务。
