The invention relates to a targeted object risk assessment system, and the system comprises a spherical camera shooting mechanism which is fixed above a monitored road section of a highway in a high heat area, and is used for carrying out the camera shooting operation of the monitored road section through employing an imaging view covering the monitored road section when a first drive instruction is received, so as to obtain a monitored road section image; the instant display mechanism is used for displaying the vehicle body sub-image corresponding to the too deep settlement tire body on site and playing warning information related to the tire burst risk when the too deep settlement tire body exists; and the probability judgment mechanism is used for determining the tire burst probability corresponding to the over-deep settlement tire body based on the proportion corresponding to the over-deep settlement tire body when the existence of the over-deep settlement tire body is verified. The targeted object risk assessment system is stable in operation and effective in detection. According to the invention, whether the tire of the nearest vehicle settles too deep or not can be judged on site in the high-temperature driving environment, and the tire burst probability of the tire is given accordingly, so that the strength of on-site early warning is improved.

    本发明涉及一种针对性对象风险评估系统,包括:球形摄像机构,固定在高热地区公路的监控路段的上方,用于在接收到第一驱动指令时,采用覆盖所述监控路段的成像视野对所述监控路段执行摄像操作,以获得监控路段图像;即时显示机构,用于在存在沉降过深胎体时,将沉降过深胎体对应的车体子图像进行现场显示并播放与爆胎风险相关的警示信息;概率判断机构,用于在验证存在沉降过深胎体时,基于沉降过深胎体对应的比例确定所述沉降过深胎体对应的爆胎概率。本发明的针对性对象风险评估系统运行稳定、检测有效。由于能够在高温行驶环境下对最近车辆的车胎是否沉降过深进行现场判断,并据此给出车胎的爆胎概率,从而提升了现场预警的力度。
