The method comprises the following steps: when it is detected that a target vehicle enters a narrow-lane curved road section, connecting a 5G base station of which a signal covers the narrow-lane curved road section with the target vehicle so as to take over the driving of the target vehicle through the 5G base station; when the target vehicles comprise the first vehicle and the second vehicle, the first vehicle is controlled to be parked in a preset meeting area through the 5G base station; controlling the second vehicle to pass through the preset meeting area through the 5G base station, and continuing to control the second vehicle to drive away from the narrow road curved section from the first direction; and after a second vehicle is controlled to pass through the preset meeting area, the first vehicle is controlled to drive away from the preset meeting area through the 5G base station, and the first vehicle continues to be controlled to drive away from the narrow road curved section from the second direction. According to the invention, the technical problems of subjective judgment of a driver and great operation risk during vehicle meeting on a road with limited view are solved.
