The invention discloses a position monitoring method for a high-reliability and high-lift system. The method comprises the following steps: calculating the rotating speed of a transmission shaft according to an airfoil motion angle, total motion time, acceleration stage time, deceleration stage time and the ratio of the airfoil angle to the stroke of the transmission shaft; designing a speed control law of the system according to the total motion time, the acceleration stage time, the deceleration stage time and the rotating speed of the transmission shaft; and solving a function relationship between a theoretical angle and actual motion time of the airfoil through a speed control law, and finally, calculating the theoretical angle of the airfoil based on the real-time motion time of the airfoil as a variable and an actual angle of the airfoil fed back by a position sensor mounted at a wingtip, and carrying out fault type judgment. And verifying the function relationship between the theoretical angle of the airfoil and the actual motion time through a test, and performing fault injection on the system to verify the correctness of fault judgment.

    本发明公开了一种高可靠性高升力系统位置监控方法,包括:根据翼面运动角度、总运动时间、加速阶段时间、减速阶段时间和翼面角度与传动轴行程比值计算传动轴转速;根据总运动时间、加速阶段时间、减速阶段时间和传动轴转速对系统的速度控制律进行设计;通过速度控制律求解翼面理论角度与实际运动时间的函数关系,最后基于翼面运动实时时间作为变量计算翼面的理论角度,以及安装于翼尖的位置传感器反馈的翼面实际角度,进行故障判断类型。通过试验对翼面理论角度与实际运动时间的函数关系进行验证,对系统进行故障注入验证故障判断的正确性。
