The invention discloses a multi-winding coil for an electromagnetic valve in a braking system, which comprises a framework and at least two coil windings arranged on the framework. According to the multi-winding coil for the electromagnetic valve in the braking system, the windings are redundant to one another, can be independently powered on to work and can also be matched with power on and power off to work. For redundancy, after a certain winding fails, other windings can take over in time, the electric signal transmission function is achieved, and loss of control over the valve is avoided; and for the cooperative work of the windings, the power-on duration of each winding can be shortened, and the service life of each winding can be prolonged, so that the function safety control of the coil on the valve can be improved, the braking reliability of a vehicle braking system can be improved, and the driving safety can be improved. Particularly, the power supply contact pin and the grounding contact pin of each winding are respectively and independently arranged, and the windings are mutually independent, so that the control reliability is further improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于制动系统中电磁阀的多绕组线圈,包括骨架和设置于骨架上的线圈绕组,所述线圈绕组至少设置两个。本发明用于制动系统中电磁阀的多绕组线圈,各绕组互为冗余,可独立通电工作,也可配合通断电工作。对于冗余来讲,在某一绕组失效后,其他绕组可及时接管,实现电信号传递功能,避免失去对阀的控制;对于各绕组配合工作来讲,可缩短各绕组的通电时长,延长各绕组的寿命,这都有益于提升线圈对阀的功能安全控制,提升车辆制动系统制动可靠性,提升驾驶安全性。特别是各绕组的供电插针、接地插针分别独立设置,各绕组间相互独立,更进一步增加了控制的可靠性。
