The invention provides an aerial work platform. The aerial work platform comprises a movable chassis, a workbench and a lifting mechanism arranged between the movable chassis and the workbench. The movable chassis is provided with a balance weight part and a horizontal driving mechanism used for driving the balance weight part to horizontally move between the front end and the rear end of the movable chassis. Under the driving of the horizontal driving mechanism, the balance weight piece is at least provided with a first balance weight position and a second balance weight position on the movable chassis. At the first counterweight position, the gravity center of the aerial work platform is close to the front end; at the second counterweight position, the gravity center of the aerial work platform is close to the rear end. According to the scheme, the gravity center can be adaptively adjusted according to use requirements, and therefore the adaptability of the aerial work platform to the work environment is improved.
