According to one specific embodiment, the telescopic pallet fork comprises a first single-fork mechanism and a second single-fork mechanism which are used for bearing goods; the first single-fork mechanism and the second single-fork mechanism each comprise a fixed fork arm, a middle fork arm and a transmission assembly, and the fixed fork arms are located between the middle fork arms and the transmission assemblies. The driving mechanism is connected with the transmission assembly of the first single-fork mechanism, and the transmission assembly of the first single-fork mechanism is connected with the transmission assembly of the second single-fork mechanism; a rack is formed on the end face, facing the fixed fork arm, of the middle fork arm, and the rack extends in the length direction of the middle fork arm. The transmission assembly comprises a transmission gear which is fixed on the fixed fork arm; a matching through hole is formed in the fixed fork arm, and the transmission gear is meshed with the rack on the middle fork arm through the matching through hole. The implementation mode is related to the warehouse logistics technology, and telescopic movement of the pallet fork is achieved through a gear transmission structure. And the equipment structure can be more compact, and the transmission noise can be reduced.
