The invention belongs to the field of airborne photoelectric detection and alarm systems, and particularly relates to an upper hemisphere space approaching target alarm and monitoring device of an unmanned aerial vehicle. Comprising a visible light fisheye camera, an infrared fisheye camera, a camera fixing bracket, an embedded computer, an avionics bus management computer and a power conversion and start control module, a first mounting hole and a second mounting hole are formed in a skin of the back ridge of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and the embedded computer is arranged in an equipment cabin of the unmanned aerial vehicle; through the embedded computer, mutual communication between the visible light fisheye camera and the avionics bus management computer is realized, mutual communication between the infrared fisheye camera and the airborne task data processing computer is realized, and power is taken from a power supply bus or a battery of the unmanned aerial vehicle through the power conversion and start control module. The problem of monitoring blind areas of the unmanned aerial vehicle on the upper hemisphere space can be solved.
