The invention provides an on-orbit replaceable xenon supplementing system. A supplementing service star xenon cylinder module extracts xenon through a xenon compressor module and compresses the xenon into a supplementing target star xenon cylinder for storage. And the service satellite and the target satellite are connected through the floating disconnector active end and the floating disconnector passive end. According to the invention, the replaceable modular design is adopted, the xenon cylinder module, the compressor module, the electric propulsion module and the small-sized mechanical arm module which are the cores are in replaceable design, the modules are movably connected, and the modules can be independently detached and can be replaced on orbit; the active end of the floating disconnector adopts a metal hard sealing scheme, and non-metal sealing materials are not used, so that non-metal redundant materials can be effectively prevented from entering; the floating disconnector has a guiding design, and a joint at the driving end of the floating disconnector has magnetism and can be used for fixing a soft magnetic alloy sealing gasket; the sealing gasket is made of soft magnetic alloy and can be automatically attracted to a floating disconnector driving end connector and a magnetic sealing gasket frame, and space junk caused by random drifting is avoided.

    本发明提供了一种在轨可更换式氙气补加系统,补加服务星氙气瓶模块通过氙气压缩机模块抽取,并压缩至补加目标星氙气瓶中存储。服务星和目标星通过浮动断接器主动端和浮动断接器被动端相连。本发明可更换模块化设计,其核心的氙气瓶模块、压缩机模块、电推进模块、小型机械臂模块为可更换式设计,模块之间采取活连接,模块可单独拆下,并进行在轨更换;浮动断接器主动端采用金属硬密封方案,不使用非金属密封材料,可有效避免非金属多余物进入;浮动断接器带导向设计,浮动断接器主动端接头处带有磁性,可固定软磁合金密封垫;使用软磁合金制作密封垫、可自动吸附在浮动断接器主动端接头和磁性密封垫架上,避免随意漂流产生太空垃圾。
