The invention provides a swing arm mechanism for pressing and releasing a satellite effective load. The swing arm mechanism comprises an unlocking assembly (1), a triangular frame (2), a turnover assembly (3) and other components. When a satellite is launched, the four sets of swing arm mechanisms are evenly distributed on the periphery of an effective load to form a four-point eight-rod supporting structure, a stable and closed structural system is formed, and the effective load is pressed to bear static and dynamic mechanical loads in all directions. After a satellite enters an orbit, under the control of a ground remote control instruction, the four sets of swing arm mechanisms are divided into two groups, the two sets of diagonal swing arm mechanisms are unlocked and unfolded at the same time, the microswitch is triggered after the swing arm mechanisms are unfolded in place, in-place locking telemetry signals are generated, and effective loads are released. The invention has the characteristics of large bearing capacity, high rigidity, low impact and light weight, and can be used in the field of long-distance compaction and release of large effective loads such as space cameras, microwave antennas, space telescopes, laser communication terminals and the like.
