The invention discloses a shape-preserving installation type icing detector. Comprising a probe assembly, a heating assembly and a resolving assembly, the probe assembly and the heating assembly are installed on the front edge of an aircraft wing in a shape-preserving mode, and the resolving assembly is installed in an aircraft wing equipment cabin. The heating assembly comprises a supporting cylinder (1), a heating film assembly (2) is arranged at the windward end of the supporting cylinder (1), the heating film assembly (2) and the wing leading edge are conformal, a probe assembly is installed in the supporting cylinder (1), and the windward end of the probe assembly and the wing leading edge are conformal; the windward end face of the probe assembly is a plane, and the edge of the windward end face is in smooth transition to a windward end port of the supporting cylinder (1) through a transition curved surface. The windward end of the probe assembly is also provided with a heater. The repeated icing detection requirement of the aircraft is met.

    本发明公开了一种保型安装式结冰探测器。包括探头组件、加热组件及解算组件;所述探头组件及加热组件与飞机机翼前缘保型安装,解算组件安装在飞机机翼设备舱内;加热组件包括支撑筒(1),支撑筒(1)迎风端设有加热膜组件(2),加热膜组件(2)与机翼前缘共形,支撑筒(1)内安装有探头组件,探头组件的迎风端与机翼前缘共形;所述的探头组件的迎风端面为平面,迎风端面边缘经过渡曲面平滑过渡至支撑筒(1)的迎风端端口;所述的探头组件的迎风端还设有加热器。本发明满足飞机的重复结冰探测需求。
