The invention belongs to the field of flight control, and particularly relates to a synchronous control device and method for a motor-driven distributed flap actuation system. The device comprises a flap control handle used for giving a target angle of flap movement; the flap digital controller is connected with the flap control handle and the position sensors of the two flaps, calculates the difference between the received target angle and the real-time angles, fed back by the position sensors, of the two flaps, and sends the difference to the two servo controllers; the number of the servo controllers is two, and the two servo controllers are respectively connected with a driving motor and are used for calculating the rotating speed of the motor according to the difference value; and the two driving motors are used for respectively driving the two flaps to deflect according to the motor rotating speeds analyzed by the servo controller. The synchronous control problem of the double independent motors is effectively solved, and synchronous movement of the left flap and the right flap is achieved.
