The mounting structure comprises the intermediate shaft, a bearing outer sleeve, a bearing inner sleeve and a positioning assembly, a structure capable of detecting and reinforcing is additionally arranged outside a traditional connecting structure of the intermediate shaft and the bearing inner sleeve, meanwhile, the structure of the intermediate shaft is redesigned, the positioning ring body is connected to the periphery of a transmission section in a sleeving mode, and the multiple abutting springs are evenly installed on the periphery of the inner side of the positioning ring body; the inner ends of the abutting springs are each provided with a pressure sensor, the inner ends of the multiple pressure sensors abut against the periphery of the transmission section, in this way, after the pressure sensors are pressed, signals are transmitted to the controller, the controller drives the clamping motor, and the clamping motor is driven to rotate. The clamping motor drives the two clamping ring sleeves to move inwards and abut against the peripheral ring face of the conical section, so that the two ends of the intermediate shaft can be pressed and reinforced, the stability of the intermediate shaft is improved, shaking of the intermediate shaft is reduced, and extrusion friction of the intermediate shaft to the bearing inner sleeve is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种船用中间轴和中间轴承的安装结构,包括中间轴、轴承外套、轴承内套、定位组件;本发明在传统的中间轴和轴承内套连接结构之外增设了可以检测加固的结构,同时对中间轴的结构进行了重新设计,本发明在传动区段的四周套接一个定位环体,定位环体的内侧四周均匀安装多个抵接弹簧,在抵接弹簧的内端分别安装一个压力感应器,多个压力感应器的内端抵接于传动区段的四周,如此当压力感应器受到压力后将信号输送至控制器,控制器驱动夹紧电机,夹紧电机驱动两个夹紧环套向内部移动并抵压于锥形区段的四周环面上,如此使得中间轴的两端可以得到抵压加固,提高中间轴的稳固性,降低中间轴的晃动,降低中间轴对轴承内套的挤压摩擦。
