The clamping rail turnout control device comprises a clamping rail base, and the upper surface of one end of the clamping rail base is slidably connected with a movable clamping rail; the upper surface of the other end of the clamping rail base is rotationally connected with a rotating clamping rail; a clamping rail moving mechanism and a clamping rail rotating mechanism are fixed on the clamping rail base; the clamping rail moving mechanism is provided with a power mechanism which is used for driving a connecting rod in the clamping rail moving mechanism so as to drive the moving clamping rail to slide; the clamping rail rotating mechanism is connected with the clamping rail moving mechanism through a connecting pull rod, and the connecting pull rod is used for driving a connecting rod in the clamping rail rotating mechanism and further driving the rotating clamping rail to rotate. The clamping rail moving mechanism and the clamping rail rotating mechanism are synchronously controlled through the connecting pull rod, so that the synchronism of rail transfer is improved, derailment caused by misoperation of operators is prevented, and the working intensity is reduced; rigid components are used as connecting rod mechanisms adopted by the trapped rail moving mechanism and the trapped rail rotating mechanism, control accuracy is improved, the trapped rail vehicle is prevented from deviating and colliding, and safety is improved.

    本发明公开了一种卡轨道岔操纵装置,包括卡轨基座,卡轨基座一端上表面滑动连接有移动卡轨;卡轨基座另一端上表面转动连接有转动卡轨;卡轨基座固定有卡轨移动机构和卡轨转动机构;卡轨移动机构设有动力机构,动力机构用于带动卡轨移动机构内部连杆,进而带动移动卡轨滑动;卡轨转动机构与卡轨移动机构通过联结拉杆进行连接,联结拉杆用于带动卡轨转动机构内部连杆,进而带动转动卡轨转动。本发明中卡轨移动机构和卡轨转动机构通过联接拉杆同步控制,提高变轨的同步性,防止操作人员操作失误脱轨,并减少的工作强度;本发明中卡轨移动机构和卡轨转动机构所采用的连杆机构使用刚性构件,提高了控制的准确性,防止卡轨车偏移碰撞,提高了安全性。
