The invention provides track geometric parameter detection equipment which comprises a vehicle body and a bearing mechanism, and the vehicle body is provided with a plurality of detection components including an inertial measurement unit, a line laser sensor and a mileage encoder. Inertial measurement data, track contour data and corresponding mileage data can be detected and obtained, and various track geometric parameters can be calculated and analyzed based on the data. Furthermore, the support of one bearing unit of the bearing mechanism is rotatably connected to the vehicle body through the floating connecting assembly, so that the bearing wheel of the bearing unit can float slightly relative to the position of the vehicle body, and when the equipment passes through the defect position and the like on the rail, the bearing wheel of the bearing unit can keep in contact with the steel rail in a self-adaptive mode. The equipment is prevented from shaking or position deviation when passing through the positions, and the detection precision of the vehicle-mounted detection component and the mileage encoder is improved, so that the precision of track geometric parameter detection is improved.

    本发明提供一种轨道几何参数检测设备,包括车体以及承载机构,其中车体具有多个检测部件,包括惯性测量单元、线激光传感器、里程编码器,因此在该设备沿轨道行走的过程中,能够检测获取惯性测量数据、轨道轮廓数据以及相应的里程数据,进而基于这些数据可计算分析得到多种轨道几何参数。进一步,承载机构的一个承载单元的支架通过浮动连接组件可转动地连接在车体上,使得该承载单元的承载轮相对于车体的位置可小幅度地浮动,当设备经过轨道上的缺陷位置等处时,该承载单元的承载轮可自适应地保持与钢轨的接触,避免设备经过这些位置处时产生晃动或位置偏移,提高车载的检测部件及里程编码器的检测精度,从而提高轨道几何参数检测的精度。
