The embodiment of the invention provides a method and equipment for predicting a vehicle driving decision, a mobile device and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: collecting color states of a current frame and an adjacent previous frame of a traffic light; counting flicker times of the traffic lights in different color states; according to the color state of the traffic light, the number of times of flickering in different color states and the known sequential relation of color changes of the traffic light, the flickering stage of the traffic light in the current frame is determined, and the flickering stage comprises flickering starting, flickering continuing and flickering ending; and predicting a vehicle driving decision by using the color state of the current frame of the traffic light and the flicker phase of the current frame. According to the embodiment of the invention, on the basis of the color state of the traffic light, the flicker state of the traffic light is identified in combination with the time sequence and the multi-frame signal, so that the problems of untimely deceleration, stop line crossing during braking and slow starting are solved, and the intelligent control of automatic driving is improved.

    本发明实施例提供一种预测车辆行驶决策的方法、设备、移动装置和存储介质。该方法包括:采集交通灯的当前帧以及相邻的在先帧的颜色状态;统计交通灯不同颜色状态的闪烁次数;根据交通灯的颜色状态、不同颜色状态的闪烁次数,以及已知的交通灯的颜色变化的时序关系,确定出交通灯在当前帧的闪烁阶段,其中,闪烁阶段包括:闪烁开始、闪烁持续、闪烁结束;利用交通灯的当前帧的颜色状态以及当前帧的闪烁阶段,预测车辆行驶决策。本发明实施例在交通灯颜色状态的基础上,结合时序及多帧信号,对交通灯闪烁状态进行识别,有助于解决减速不及时、刹车越过停止线、起步慢的问题,提升自动驾驶智能化控制。
