A charging/power supply device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure is provided with: a connector connected to a charging/power supply port of a vehicle having a power storage device; a charging path for charging the power storage device by supplying power from the power source PS to the vehicle through the connector; a power supply path for supplying power from the power storage device to the outside of the vehicle through the connector; the signal line is connected with the vehicle through the connector; one end of the resistance circuit is connected with a GND potential, and the resistance circuit has a resistance value R1; a resistance circuit having one end connected to the GND potential and having a resistance value R4 different from the resistance value R1; and a change-over switch that switches a state in which the signal line is connected to either the other end of the resistance circuit or the other end of the resistance circuit.
