The invention relates to the technical field of fuel cells, and discloses a hydrogen leakage fault diagnosis and prediction method and device for a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a first factor value corresponding to a first single factor set and a second factor value corresponding to a second single factor set of a target vehicle; inputting the first factor value into a first model based on a preset corresponding relation to obtain first target data; inputting the second factor value into a second model based on a preset corresponding relation to obtain second target data; based on the first target data and the second target data, calculating to obtain a target hydrogen leakage rate; and generating an early warning result based on a preset early warning threshold value, the historical early warning times and the target hydrogen leakage rate. According to the method and the device, the leakage rate exceeding fault type is established by analyzing the association rule, so that the hydrogen leakage fault can be predicted and identified more accurately, and the problems of missing detection and misdiagnosis caused by a traditional hydrogen leakage prediction method are avoided.

    本发明涉及燃料电池技术领域,公开了氢燃料电池车的氢气外漏故障诊断与预测方法及装置,该方法包括:获取目标车辆的第一单一因素集合对应的第一因素值和第二单一因素集合对应的第二因素值;基于预设的对应关系将第一因素值输入第一模型中,得到第一目标数据;基于预设的对应关系将第二因素值输入第二模型中,得到第二目标数据;基于第一目标数据和第二目标数据,计算得到目标氢气外漏率;基于预设的预警阈值、历史预警次数和目标氢气外漏率,生成预警结果。通过实施本发明,通过分析关联规则建立外漏率超标故障型,从而能更准确地预测和识别氢外漏故障,避免了传统的氢气泄漏预测方法造成的漏检和误诊问题。
