All cooling modules are integrated in one place, heat is transferred through the fan to achieve heat dissipation, the heat is integrated in one place, and the integration degree of heat dissipation and cooling of the hybrid forklift is improved.

    本发明提供一种混合动力叉车冷却系统及混合动力叉车冷却控制方法,涉及叉车技术领域,多合一冷却器总成集成设置发动机冷却模块、发动机中冷模块、液压油冷却模块、电机电控冷却模块和电子风扇;发动机冷却子系统连接发动机和发动机冷却模块,使冷却液循环流动实现冷却;发动机中冷子系统连接发动机和发动机中冷模块,使进入发动机的增压气体实现冷却;液压油冷却子系统连接液压驱动装置和液压油冷却模块,使液压油循环流动实现冷却;电机电控冷却子系统连接电机电控组件与电机电控冷却模块,使冷却液循环流动实现冷却。本发明将各个冷却的模块集成于一处,并通过风扇将热量转移实现散热,将热量集成于一处,提升混动叉车散热冷却的集成度。
