The invention relates to the technical field of tire pattern design, and discloses an antiskid and noise-reducing tire pattern structure which comprises five pattern blocks and four pattern grooves which are alternately arranged, the pattern blocks are transversely arranged along a tire tread, a plurality of independent shallow grooves or parallel and dense shallow grooves are formed in the pattern blocks, and all the shallow grooves are communicated with the pattern grooves. And the shallow trench is only 1mm in width and 1mm in depth. The design can prevent air from being blocked when the tread is in contact with the ground, and reduce the number of closed pattern grooves when the pattern blocks are grounded, so that resonance is reduced, and noise is reduced; meanwhile, a wave structure formed by the parallel and dense shallow trenches can increase drainage, a water film can be effectively destroyed on a wet or watery road surface, so that the tire is in contact with the road surface to produce excellent road holding force, and the driving safety of a vehicle is ensured.
