The invention discloses an urban road network dynamic partitioning method and device based on spectral clustering. The method comprises the following steps: (1) obtaining target road network geometric data, traffic density data of each road section in each time period and partitioning algorithm parameters; (2) constructing a dual network diagram for describing the connection between the road sections in each time period, and calculating the link weight and the adjacent matrix of a dual network; (3) combining the dual network diagrams of all time periods into a space-time network diagram, and calculating an adjacent matrix and a Laplacian matrix of the space-time network; (4) clustering nodes in the space-time network into a plurality of groups by adopting a clustering algorithm; and (5) converting a clustering result into a road network partitioning result of each time period, and dividing the network into a plurality of communicated same proton regions. On the basis of the spectral clustering theory, the method aims at guaranteeing the regional connectivity and minimizing the density variance of all the road sections in the region, a partitioning method is provided for the urban road network in the dynamic traffic state, the time-space evolution characteristics of traffic in the road network are effectively analyzed, and a foundation is laid for boundary control.

    本发明公开了一种基于谱聚类的城市路网动态分区方法与装置,该方法包括(1)获取目标路网几何数据、各时段各路段的交通密度数据、分区算法参数;(2)构建各时段描述路段间联系的对偶网络图,计算对偶网络的链路权重及邻接矩阵;(3)将所有时段的对偶网络图组合为时空网络图,计算时空网络的邻接矩阵和拉普拉斯矩阵;(4)采用聚类算法将时空网络中的节点聚类为多组;(5)将聚类结果转换为各时段的路网分区结果,将网络划分为数个连通的同质子区。本发明基于谱聚类理论,以保证区域连通性及最小化区域内各路段的密度方差为目标,为动态交通状态下的城市路网提供分区方法,有效分析路网中交通的时空演变特征,为边界控制奠定基础。
