The portal crane construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a steel tower and steel box girders at the two ends of the steel tower are constructed, and rails are installed on the steel box girders and anchored; after anchoring is completed, the portal crane is constructed; s2, the to-be-spliced steel box girders and the spliced steel box girders are connected through the portal crane, and when the to-be-spliced steel box girders and the spliced steel box girders are connected, wet joint construction between every two adjacent steel box girders is conducted; s3, stay cables are installed on the steel box girders, and pre-tensioning treatment is conducted; and S4, the steps S2-S3 are repeated until all the steel box girders are connected. Compared with a traditional construction method, the portal crane construction method for the bridge building is higher in overall efficiency, longer in construction period and more convenient to install.

    本发明涉及一种桥梁建筑用门式起重机施工方法桥梁,包括如下步骤:S1:进行钢塔及钢塔两端钢箱梁的构建,在钢箱梁上安装轨道并进行锚固;待锚固完成时进行门式起重机的构建;S2:通过门式起重机进行待拼接钢箱梁和已拼接钢箱梁的连接,当待拼接钢箱梁与已拼接钢箱梁连接时,进行相邻两个钢箱梁之间的湿接缝施工;S3:在钢箱梁上进行斜拉索的安装并进行预张拉处理;S4:重复步骤S2‑S3,直至所有钢箱梁连接完成。本发明提供的桥梁建筑用门式起重机施工方法桥梁,相对于传统的施工方法,整体效率更高,工期较大,安装更方便。
