The invention relates to the technical field of underwater bionic robots, in particular to a manta ray imitating manned submersible which comprises a main body support, a manta ray main body outer cover, a left pectoral fin module, a right pectoral fin module, a tail fin module, a cockpit and a heavy buoyancy adjusting module. The main body bracket is arranged in the manta ray main body outer cover; the left pectoral fin module is movably connected to the left side of the body support. The right pectoral fin module is movably connected to the right side of the body support. The tail fin module is movably connected to the rear end of the manta ray main body outer cover of the main body bracket; the cockpit is arranged in the middle of the manta ray main body outer cover; the heavy buoyancy adjusting module comprises a first heavy buoyancy adjusting assembly and a second heavy buoyancy adjusting assembly; each of the first heavy buoyancy adjusting assembly and the second heavy buoyancy adjusting assembly comprises an oil tank and two oil bags; and the balance adjustment of the manta ray main body outer cover is controlled through the oil quantity in the four oil bags. The manta ray-imitated manned submersible has the advantages that the manta ray-imitated manned submersible reduces underwater resistance through a manta ray-imitated streamline structure, and improves maneuverability, flexibility and stability.
