The automatic tea-picking module is used for collecting tea leaves from tea trees corresponding to the position of the automatic tea-picking module; the unmanned aerial vehicle module can move to any one of the automatic tea-picking modules, is combined with the automatic tea-picking modules, and drives the automatic tea-picking modules to move; the dispatching control module is used for controlling the unmanned aerial vehicle module to fly to the automatic tea-picking module needing to move, and is combined with the automatic tea-picking module to drive the automatic tea-picking module to move to a target position. According to the invention, the unmanned aerial vehicle module dispatches the positions of a plurality of automatic tea-picking modules without moving ability, so that the automatic tea-picking modules only capable of picking tea leaves in a small range can complete full-automatic tea-picking in a large-range tea-picking area.
