The method comprises the steps that a first vehicle monitors the current driving speed in real time; when the number of times that the running speed is continuously smaller than the preset speed is continuously larger than or equal to the preset number of times, the first vehicle sends current position data to the cloud; the cloud receives the position data of the first vehicle and determines road condition information and a broadcast range corresponding to the position data of the first vehicle at the current moment based on the position data of the first vehicle; the cloud sends the road condition information and the broadcast range to the first vehicle; and the first vehicle receives the road condition information and the broadcast range sent by the cloud, and broadcasts the road condition information based on the broadcast range. The problem of urban road traffic congestion caused by a large number of vehicles in the prior art is solved, a driver can know the road condition in advance, the optimal driving route is planned, road congestion and delay are relieved, and the traffic efficiency of urban road traffic vehicles is improved.
