The invention discloses a high-voltage connector, a power battery pack and a vehicle, the high-voltage connector comprises a shell, a signal terminal assembly and two groups of power terminal assemblies, the signal terminal assembly and the two groups of power terminal assemblies are arranged in the shell, each power terminal assembly comprises a terminal strip, a first conductive terminal and a second conductive terminal, and the first conductive terminal and the second conductive terminal are arranged at two ends of the terminal strip and are respectively exposed from the shell; according to the high-voltage connector, the power terminal assembly of the high-voltage connector is arranged to be of the split type structure composed of the first conductive terminal and the second conductive terminal, and the fusing system is arranged between the first conductive terminal and the second conductive terminal, so that a conductive loop where the power terminal assembly is located is automatically cut off when the temperature is higher than the set threshold value; and spontaneous combustion of a power battery pack and a vehicle which are connected with the high-voltage connector due to overhigh temperature is prevented.

    本发明公开了一种高压连接器、动力电池包及车辆,本发明的高压连接器包括壳体、设置在壳体内的信号端子组件及两组功率端子组件,功率端子组件包括端子排及设置在端子排两端并分别从壳体上露出的第一导电端子和第二导电端子,本发明将高压连接器的功率端子组件设置为由第一导电端子和第二导电端子组成的分体式结构,并在第一导电端子和第二导电端子之间设置熔断系统,从而实现在温度高于设定的阈值时自动切断功率端子组件所在的导电回路,防止与高压连接器相连的动力电池包以及车辆因温度过高而发生自燃。
