The embodiment of the invention provides an electric bicycle illegal parking detection method and system and a medium, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the scanning of a parking region through a patrol robot carrying a camera, and obtaining an electric bicycle compliance parking region; an electric bicycle compliance parking area is constructed on a robot map, and vertex coordinates of the compliance parking area are established; obtaining the edge contour of the electric bicycle, and generating an electric bicycle detection frame according to the edge contour; comparing the electric bicycle detection frame with the compliant parking area to obtain an overlapping area, and calculating a ratio of the overlapping area to the area of the detection frame; judging whether the ratio is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value or not; if not, judging that the parking is qualified; if yes, generating an illegal parking alarm of the electric bicycle, and carrying out illegal parking evidence obtaining; the position of the electric bicycle is recognized through the robot, the position is compared with a compliance parking area delimited on a map, whether the electric bicycle is parked in the compliance parking area or not is judged accordingly, and when it is found that the electric bicycle is parked illegally, the robot can immediately give an alarm to related personnel, and coordinates and pictures of the electric bicycle which is parked illegally are provided for evidence obtaining.

    本申请实施例提供了一种电动自行车违规停放检测方法、系统及介质,该方法包括:通过巡逻机器人携带摄像头进行停车区域扫描,得到电动自行车合规停放区域;将机器人地图上构建电动自行车合规停放区域,并建立合规停放区域顶点坐标;获取电动自行车边缘轮廓,并根据边缘轮廓生成电动自行车检测框;将电动自行车检测框与合规停放区域进行比较,得到重合区域面积,计算重合区域面积与检测框面积的比值;判断所述比值是否大于或等于预设的阈值;若大于或等于,则判定停车合格;若小于,则生成电动自行车违停告警,并进行违停取证;通过机器人识别其位置,并与地图上划定的合规停车区域做比较,以此来判定电动自行车是否停放在合规停车区域内,当发现电动自行车违规停放后,机器人可立刻向相关人员发出告警,提供违规停放的电动自行车的坐标和图片作为取证。
