The invention provides an aircraft structure strength test electric force loading system and a control method thereof. The system comprises a coordinated loading control system, a motion controller, an electric loading device and a loading device driver. The electric loading device adopts an electric cylinder driven by a servo motor; the coordinated loading control system and the motion controller are cascaded to form a dual-system architecture to realize communication interaction and/or emergency communication between dual systems; the coordinated loading control system is connected with an analog quantity input interface of the loading device driver through a servo output interface to realize analog quantity control of the electric loading device; the motion controller is in interactive communication with the loading device driver through a bus, so that bus control of the loading device driver is realized, and motion information of the electric loading device is monitored in real time; and the loading device driver outputs a driving signal to a servo motor of the electric loading device according to the control of the motion controller and/or the coordinated loading control system so as to drive an electric cylinder thrust rod to move.
