A light-weight propellant storage tank on-orbit exhaust device based on a regenerative liquid collector comprises a low-temperature propellant storage tank, an electromagnetic regulating valve and a pressure sensor are arranged at the top of the low-temperature propellant storage tank, and the electromagnetic regulating valve is connected with a pressurizing gas source; a shell-and-tube heat exchanger and a liquid collector connected with the shell-and-tube heat exchanger are arranged in the low-temperature propellant storage tank; an outlet of the liquid collector is connected with an inlet of the low-temperature stop valve through a liquid conveying pipe; an outlet of the low-temperature stop valve is connected with an inlet of the circulating pump, an outlet of the circulating pump is connected with an inlet of the flow divider, a main flow outlet of the flow divider is connected with the shell side of the shell-and-tube heat exchanger, and a branch flow outlet of the flow divider is connected with a second exhaust coil in the shell-and-tube heat exchanger through the throttling valve and a first exhaust coil in the liquid collector. An outlet of the second exhaust coil is connected with an exhaust valve; a spraying rod is arranged at the top end of the shell-and-tube heat exchanger; organic combination of the exhaust coil and the liquid collector is achieved, the quality of an exhaust system is remarkably reduced, and meanwhile the operation reliability of the exhaust system is improved.

    一种基于回热式集液器的轻量化推进剂贮箱在轨排气装置,包括低温推进剂贮箱,低温推进剂贮箱顶部设有电磁调节阀和压力传感器,电磁调节阀与增压气源相连接;低温推进剂贮箱内部设有管壳式换热器和与之连接的集液器;集液器出口通过输液管与低温截止阀入口相连接;低温截止阀出口与循环泵入口相连接,循环泵出口连接分流器入口,分流器的主流出口和管壳式换热器的壳侧连接,分流器的支流出口经节流阀、集液器内第一排气盘管和管壳式换热器内的第二排气盘管连接,第二排气盘管出口连接排气阀;管壳式换热器顶端布置有喷雾棒;本发明实现排气盘管与集液器的有机结合,显著降低排气系统质量的同时提高其运行可靠性。
